This link takes you to a copy of the memo itself. I can’t help but notice he mentions Google twice. Somehow he cant understand that ISPs and a Search Engine are not the same kind of company… But he’s only a C-level… he shouldnt be expected to know simple things like the kind of business he’s in, and how a network provider isnt quite the same as a data services company that doesn’t sell bandwidth…
